iPhone Showtimes is one of the excellent iPhone service, powered by Google. You just enter a zip code of your city, and it will fetch from Google the latest movies ordered by popularity with their different Theaters and times where you can watch this movie. The service is great, but fetching data directly from Google without bypassing by the Google WebService is not legal. Google might block it at any time ! It will be better if new services launched use official WebServices, and always be sure to make validation even if you have one single field in your service. To break the service just add a space after the zip code like “10007 ” and you will see the file_get_contents() error to open stream.
